2. Data we process
Through the contact and enrolment form on this website we collect the following data: first name and surname, phone number, email address, preferred centre (Lanzarote or Fuerteventura), course of interest and, where applicable, the message you write to us.
No specially protected data is collected through this website.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is processed for the following purposes:
- To handle requests for information and enrolment in our courses.
- To manage the commercial and administrative relationship with students and companies.
- To comply with the legal obligations applicable to driver training centres (DGT, Ministry of Transport, Fundae, where applicable).
No profiling is carried out and no automated decisions are made with the data provided.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box on the form, and the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) where the request relates to enrolment in a course. Where applicable, also compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
5. Data retention
Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to deal with it. Data of enrolled students is kept for the duration of the training relationship and, thereafter, for the periods required by the applicable regulations (tax, traffic and professional training).
6. Recipients
Data is not disclosed to third parties, except where legally required (DGT, competent public administrations, Fundae in the case of subsidised training) or to providers who render services to the controller (web hosting, email) under data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. No international data transfers take place.
7. Rights of data subjects
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw the consent given, by writing to info@autoescuelabit.com or to our offices, enclosing a copy of your identity document.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
Autoescuela Bit S.L. applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
